Who we are
Meditimer LLC is a small product company based in Santa Cruz, California.
It designs tools that help people practice without reaching for a phone: a physical timer for sitting, a quiet app for the rest of the practice, and writing on the questions underneath it, such as what growth is, what emotions are for, and why we need space.
Why
We believe people, underneath everything, want peace.
Most of the technology around us is built to capture attention. We want to build the opposite: objects and software that give attention back. Everything we make is meant to help people grow, and through growing, return to a sense of peace.

How we work
- Make fewer things, and make them carefully.
- Keep what's on the screen to a minimum.
- Private by default. Your practice belongs to you.
- Be honest about where things stand. Both products are still in development.
